The vehicle must always be returned to the same Station that you collected it.
There are usually multiple parking spaces at each Station - these will always be clearly marked with an EVie logo, and/or signage such as 'Car Club'.
You will be unable to end your ride at any other location. The app will prompt you to return to the Station; directions are available from the booking in 'My Bookings'.
Leaving the vehicle without ending your ride, unless in emergencies, will result in a charge being applied to your account and possibly account suspension.
If there are no available spaces at the Station (for example, another vehicle illegally parking in our spaces), then please contact our Support team. If the Support phone line is closed, please park the vehicle in the nearest public car park, pay 2 hours' parking charges on the PayByPhone app and email our Support team at support@evieondemand.com giving details of where the vehicle has been left and what time the paid parking ends. The trip will be ended when we can return the vehicle to its station and you will be invoiced manually with the parking fees deducted from your invoice.
