Approximately 15 minutes before your Pick-up time, your vehicle registration and virtual key will be assigned and visible in the app (🔑).
In very rare instances, or if a previous customer returns the only available vehicle late, your booking may be cancelled automatically. In this rare instance, we recommend making another booking via the app - bookings can be made instantly using the 'Pick-up now' feature:
