Once you have ended your booking, accessing the vehicle is no longer possible. Please call Support who will be able to unlock/lock the vehicle remotely.
If your booking is out of hours, please email email@example.com and our team will aim to collect your items the next morning. However, if the vehicle is used in the meantime, we cannot guarantee that your items would be found. You could try rebooking the vehicle but please be aware that the software may allocate a different vehicle to you.
