The app and in-vehicle voice prompts will help you to end your booking successfully. If you are still not able to end your booking please follow this guide:
- Have you returned the vehicle to the same station?
- Have you retrieved all of your personal items?
- Is Park (P) engaged, and the vehicle ignition off?
- Please ensure the vehicle is clean (no rubbish, please)
- Please ensure that any damage incurred during your booking has been reported
