In order to use the EVie app, your device must be running:
- Android 6.0
- iOS 11
If you are experiencing issues with the app, please follow these steps:
- Uninstall the EVie app
- Restart your phone
- Install the EVie app
- Login and check your account is approved in Menu > My account.
An internet connection is required to book a vehicle or start a trip. Once a trip has been started, internet is not required - the app will use Bluetooth to Lock/Unlock your vehicle.
