We regularly valet our fleet to ensure they are clean and tidy - inside and out! However, some customers may leave rubbish or dirt behind - and due to the nature of our service, we cannot clean cars after each booking.
If you find the interior of the car is dirty at the start of your booking, please accept our apologies, and send us some pictures to support@evieondemand.com. The offending customer may be charged a cleaning fee.
