Sorry to hear you're having difficulty ending your ride
- Are you in a red zone?
Check the app map to see if you are currently in a red zone. EVieBikes cannot be returned in these areas. Please move to a marked zone (black) or elsewhere - but remember that a £5 Out of Zone fee applies outside of a zone. - Wait a few seconds and try again
Sometimes it takes a few seconds for the app and bike to talk to each other (your internet connection may impact this). - Restart the app. You can do this by fully closing the app (usually a grid of your open apps that you can swipe away/close).
- Check your internet connection. We recommend turning off your mobile data and switching it back on again. If you’re connected to wifi, try switching to your mobile data.
- Check for app updates. Are you using the latest version of the app? Check your App Store for updates.
